nti-rust Painted tubes & hollow sections; are coated by Anti-rust paints to add corrosion resistance and long shelf life. Painted profiles are preferred mostly in machinery, construction and various industrial projects.
Galvanized Tubes & Hollow Sections; are produced by high frequency welding machines. After galvanized steel coils are slitted into strips with appropriate widths, the strips are shaped into required round, square or rectangular form and welded together with high frequency welding machine. If required by the customer, the welding line can also be galvanized by online zinc spray machine. Galvanized Tubes & Hollow sections; are produced from steel coils which are zinc-plated with hotdip method to protect the steel against corrosion and indoor humidity. Galvanizing is the most preferred low cost coating method in the world, with the most durable coating against rain acid.
Square and rectangular hollow sections are manufactured by high frequency welding from steel strips according international standards. Hollow sections are produced from hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized strips.
Square bars are produced by the hot rolling method and sides are equal to each other; where Flat bars have a rectangular shape. Agricultural tools, construction, machinery manufacturing, wrought iron manufacture, crane industry, products produced by cold drawing are areas of Square & Flat bars consumption is common.
Equal angles; are steel profiles with transverse section L or wide angle V shape. They can also be called steel materials whose surfaces are joined to each other by 90 degree angle.
HEA / HEB / IPE Steel Profiles; are used in the construction of industrial structures and structures with heavy steel construction.
INP / UNP Steel Profiles; are used in the construction of industrial structures and structures with heavy steel construction
Debars; manufactured in various diameters from 8mm to 40mm are used in the construction of many buildings such as roads, bridges, viaducts and tunnels as well as high-rise buildings of the modern age.
Trapezoid and Corrugated Sheets; are produced from galvanized or prepainted sheets and they are mainly used in the construction industry. While single layer trapezoidal sheets are preferred on roofs without heat insulation, heat insulated double layer trapezoid sheets are used more intensively in wall applications.
heckered and Tear Patterned Chequered Sheets; are produced by rolling the pattern and making the pattern embossing process over hot rolled coils. Diamond pattern is more preferred in Turkey and tear patterned plates are more preferred in the export markets. With the patterns on the surface of the sheet, the sheet strength becomes higher and gives strength to the sheet during friction. In addition, it increases the adhesion on the surface according to the usage area.
